 How are we different from all the other screen printing/embroidery shops?

  • Promotional profit sharing with partner teams and organizations.  Are you continuing to have your team attempt to sell supporters/parents something they don’t want or need?  Have you seen your profit/income decrease or fluctuate based on how well your team members sell to grandma?  We work with you pick the products and the design of the products that will see in your store.  We make custom high-quality products on-demand that people like and will wear/use, items that they want and until now couldn’t get!  Best of all your team/organization will take a portion of the profits for each item sold (see perspective fund raising profits work sheet)
  • In House production- Unlike most print shops our products are made to order “in-house”. We use high quality blanks and the most up to date machines equipment and supplies to produce the end product.  Design is not farmed out to a third party; they are all completed by our staff to meet your specifications, needs and desires.  We are not re-sellers or middlemen; nothing is sent out to be made by another company then sold back to you at a profit.  We do it ourselves with our own hands to ensure the highest quality and lowest prices.  All our products are 100% guaranteed!
  • Product Turnaround- This is a point of contention for almost all fundraising products/promotions.

The simple answer is, as fast as we can make it.  We use the most up to date technology and equipment to produce small batch and one-off products in 24 hours to 10 days.  This timeline is dependent on product availability at both the in-house and supplier level.  We do keep a large inventory of materials on-hand but like all companies the availability of our in-house supplies are variable.  Our goal is within 72 hours, most of the time it is faster than that, sometimes it may take a little longer.  The difference is we will notify the individual(s) who have purchased your products and keep them in the loop every step of the way so you don’t have to field this question from your “sales people”.  We got you!

 

  • No time constraints- Every other promotional apparel company will allow ordering of products during a certain time period (usually open for only a few weeks).  This benefits them not you or your team!  We will keep your online store open for the season, half a year, or the full school year if you want.  You decide when to close it.  We build a custom web site with mock product(s) and product specifications that your supporters can order from directly with free local delivery/pick-up.  You worry about coaching, we have the rest covered!
  • Multiple Sales Channels- Relying only on your team to sell fund raising/promotional products limits prospective sales and consequently how much money your team will generate.  We use multiple sales channels to funnel the customers to our web site for a pleasant and secure transaction accepting all forms of payment.  Additionally, live and in person sales can be arranged at your events/games etc. to maximize the reach of your customer base.  We will set up an onsite “pop-up” shop displaying and selling items directly to your supporters before, after and during your event/game.  For those less technologically savvy a print “catalog” version can be downloaded and printed from your online store to be shared.

          You can still involve your team to sell these products.  We believe these          exercises are of great value to get kids out of their “Comfort Zone” and help in the development of interpersonal skills outside of their peer group.  Continue to have sales contests to encourage competition and maximize your profits.  We can facilitate this through checkout codes assigned to each team member and tally the metrics for you.

  • Unique products- using our pool of savvy, hip young employees we develop our designs and products based on what is cool now, and what people want today. Additionally, through our supplier network we are able to adjust what we make to add new products on the fly to maximize your sales potential.  See an idea on Pinterest or the Gram and you want to incorporate a new product halfway through the season?  We can do that!  Qualify for state and need a shirt to celebrate and motivate?  We can do that too!  There is no limit to what, where and when, just reach out we will make it happen.
  • Youth Sizing- Most, if not all, of the products we offer are available and sold in youth sizes. Don’t think this is important?  Tell that to the 4th grader who has dreams of being a Lady Blazer one day and hasn’t missed a game in 3 years.
  • Team Gear and Uniforms- As your partner we are able to extend deep discounts on bulk items for your team and staff members. Need a team specific custom warm up shirt, award for that player that doesn’t know the definition of “quit” or some comfy team sweats for those long cold bus rides.  We’ve got you covered at guaranteed lowest possible pricing with rapid production and delivery.
  • What is the downside?- For you, your team and/or organization there isn’t one! If your team members don’t sell one thing, you loose nothing. We assume all the liability and costs associated with design, production and marketing.  On the other hand if you sell 100 t-shirts, 50 hoodies, and a dozen engraved YETI mugs you make $1,290.58.  There are no hidden costs or fees.  These are products that folks will buy anyway if they were made available in a more convenient way (which we do) especially if:
  1. They were cool / hip / trendy / fashionable / desirable / functional
  2. Available now or made to order and delivered locally in just a few days
  3. Most importantly- they knew that the purchase of the item benefited the team they were supporting!

  • No hidden costs or fees, just simple math made transparent with weekly or monthly sales data and statements. You choose the payout (weekly, monthly, bimonthly) and watch the money flow in.
  • Full access to our design team- pre-designed logo(s) and garment designs created by our team including unlimited assistance with design(s) of products you want or wish you had. Ongoing support and development of new products.  If you can dream it, we can make it.
  • Full control and oversight of what products will be made available through your store.
  • A contracted number of on-site, in person sales “pop-ups” during events/games to maximize your customer base and potential sales.
